Accredited reporters are welcome to attend and cover all Annual Meeting sessions for free. During the Meeting, a press room for accredited journalists will be set up at the Hilton New York, Murray Hills Suite, 2nd floor, and will open for on-site media registration at 8 a.m. on Aug. 7. Thereafter the press room will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and will close one hour after the adjournment of the House of Delegates on Aug. 12.
Beginning Aug. 7, the Press Room phone number will be 212-261-6059. After hours messages can be left on that phone line, or please contact our main office in Chicago at 312/988-6171 or in Washington, D.C at 202/662-1090. General press inquiries can also be sent to abanews@abanet.org.
